Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Flat rate shipping is determined at checkout based on your location and order size.  We ship via USPS, and delivery times typically range from 1–5 business days after shipment depending on destination.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders of $75 or more shipped to Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, and Wisconsin.  Orders shipping outside these states are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged the applicable flat shipping rate based on location and order size.  Free shipping eligibility is determined by the shipping address provided at checkout.

Order Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high shipping volumes. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to USPS.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Unsalted Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
